　Our company was founded as an assembly company of communication apparatus related parts in February 1950. Now, it is contributing to society as a factory of the final Semiconductor IC processes.

Although we have produced the semiconductor of the NEC brand 100% since establishment, trust service of the final semiconductor assembly process is also offered.

We help consistently from the assembly of a development trial product and a mass-production article to evaluation and analysis.

Our company has two large-scale semiconductor production factories in Niigata.

In 1964, the MANO factory which became the forerunner whom a domestic maker makes do district advance of the manufacture base.

It starts from assembly mass-production of industrial electronic devices, such as a diode and a transistor, the large production base which produces the very large scale integration carried in the mainframe computer for industry etc. 6 million or more monthly outputs takes now, and it is working in organization for 24 hours.


MANO Factory		HAMOCHI Factory

　The HAMOCHI factory will be founded as noncommercial IC and a mass-production base of a rectifier in 1970 (six years after the MANO factory establishment). Now, the various semiconductors of 16 million monthly outputs are produced.

Both factories which are proud of the know-how accumulated in the long career, and the advanced manufacturing technique developed uniquely, are mass-producing the high quality semiconductor which suits an international standard ISO 9002 by short TAT.

These products have received greatest reliance from the customer, and about the half of the quantity of production is exported also to overseas, and the technical power of our company is playing an active part in the global level.

　LSI by which temperature, humidity, dirt, etc. were assembled at the factory managed completely is carried in an artificial satellite, a space rocket, a computer, an electronic switchboard, sound equipment, a car, a camera, a television, a scanner, a high sensitivity sensor, etc.

In this world where the difference among several microns influences the quality of a product, although all have started the product engineering which is our enterprise, it is not an overstatement.

As a crystal of advanced technical power, our company has so far developed many original systems. The "career board conveyance system" which relays a delicate semiconductor efficiently safely between processes, "the NICAAPS/in-line system" which carried out the joint of the various processes to one, etc. have realized fast improvement in productivity.

Furthermore, the severe standard of waste regulation is cleared with original technology, and a plating processing building will be completed in a factory in 1997. Even plating processing of finish at its company has taken a few production organization in the possible company in Japan.
